This command will make a permanent claim of a province for the specified country. A permanent claim does not expire.
add_permanent_claim [province id] [country tag]
| Province ID | The ID of the province you wish to issue a permanent claim for. |
| Country Tag | The country tag of the country you wish to permanently claim the specified province for. |

Languedoc's province ID is 200. Canada's country tag is CAN. This command would permanently claim Languedoc for Canada.
add_permanent_claim 200 FRA
This command is similar to the initial example, but would issue a permanent claim for province with ID 200 (Languedoc) for France (FRA).
