This command can be used to make a province progress further towards prosperity. Specify a negative number to decrease a province's prosperity progress.
add_prosperity [province id] [progress %]
| Province ID | The ID of the province you wish to change the prosperity progress of. |
| Progress % | The amount you wish to increase to the prosperity progress percentage by. Specify a negative number to remove progress. |
