This console command sets the age of your ruler to the specified amount of years. Specifying a country tag as a second argument will result in this command changing the age of that country's ruler.
age_ruler [years] [country tag]
| Years | A number. The amount of years of age that the ruler of the country should be. 15 would be 15 years old. |
| Country Tag | Optional. A country tag. If specified, this command will change the age of the ruler belonging to the country with this country tag. |
