This command adds the specified amount of manpower to the specified country tag. The amount of man power is 1000x the number entered (e.g. 2 would add 2000 manpower).
manpower [amount] [country tag]
| Amount | The amount of manpower you wish to add to the specified country. Note that this number will be multiplied by 1000, so a value of 2 here would add 2,000 manpower. |

The default way to execute this command. This command would add 5000 manpower to your current nation.
manpower 2
This command would add 2,000 (2 x 1000) manpower to the country you are currently playing as.
manpower -1
This cheat would remove 1,000 manpower (-1 x 1000) from your current nation.
manpower 10 GER
As we've specified Germany's country tag (GER), this command would add 10,0000 (10 x 1000) manpower to Germany.
