This command adds the specified amount of population to the province with the specified provice ID. Note that this command only works for provinces that are a part of a colony.
population [province id] [amount]
| Province ID | The ID of the province you wish to add population ID. The province must be part of a colony. |
| Amount | The amount of population you wish to add to the specified province. Specify a negative number to remove population. |
