This command adds the specified amount to all 'power points'. Power points are powers like administrative power, military power, diplomatic power, etc for a country.
powerpoints [amount] [country tag]
| Amount | The amount of points you wish to add to all powers. Powers are administrative, military, diplomatic, etc. Specify a negative number to remove power. |
| Country Tag | The country tag of the country you wish to add points to all powers for. If not specified, your current nation will be affected. |

The above command would add 100 power to your current country's administrative power, military power, diplomatic power, etc.
powerpoints 200 SER
As we've specified Serbia's country tag, this command would add 200 points in every power to Serbia (as opposed to your own country like in the first example).
