This command ends the cooldown that limits how fast you can migrate. Note that this will end a cooldown that is currently in place, not remove the cooldown for every migration (e.g. if you had to wait 2 minutes before migrating again, executing this command would allow you to migrate again instantly, but there would be another cooldown after).
