power [stability key / idea group key / tech key] [country tag]
| Stability Key / Idea Group Key / Tech Key | The stability key, idea group key, or tech key you wish to add to a country. |
| Country Tag | The country tag of the country you wish to add the previously specified stability/idea/technology group to. If not specified, this will default to the country you are currently playing as. |
